Skid Units
Our skid units for LPG are made to order and vary from the simplest homefill unit, with no metering unit, just a tank, a pump and motor, and a fill nozzle on a hose, to a Fork Lift Truck unit(FLT Skid) which again has no metering unit, but has EExe electrical controls and protective barriers fitted, to a full blown retail dispenser skid unit which will allow you to retail LPG from the moment the unit is commissioned with temperature compensation and cash display fitted as standard.
Skid units can all be easily expanded by adding an additional tank or tanks to increase your capacity.

All skid units come with a 12 month warranty and we offer an ongoing annual inspection and maintenance service to allow you to maintain compliance of statutory regulations regarding the ownership and operation of pressure vessels.

Homefill 2200 Skid Unit
Same Basic skid unit, with a 1 Tonne tank (2200 Ltr) tank on a mini frame with a single phase pump & motor set, a hose with a safety breakaway fitting and a standard vehicle fill nozzle.
FLT Skid 2200, 3800 or 4400
An FLT Skid unit is a purpose built Fork Lift Truck refuelling skid unit, with either a 1Tonne( 2200 Ltr), 1750Kg (3800 Ltr) or 2 Tonne (4400 Ltr) tank mounted on a steel frame, with a 1ph pump & motor set with external filter.
EExe motor control unit mounted on the skid unit. A 3.5m hose and fill nozzle assy with safety breakaway coupling. Earthing lead and earth rods are included. The skid unit is also built with integral safety barriers.

Denver Skid Unit
The Denver skid unit takes retail skid units into another league. For the serious retail sites with high volumes, the Denver Skid is the same quality skid unit but with a Meurs Denver electronic LPG dispenser mounted on the skid. The Denver dispenser not only has cash and volume displays, so no more working out sales on a calculator, but it also has temperature compensation fitted as standard, which as anyone retailing LPG knows is a necessity to prevent stock losses due to temperature. It can also interface to commercial fuel control equipment as well as some forecourt controllers, or it can be connected to its own remote display and authorise unit, allowing the operator to control sales without leaving the office.
The skid unit comprises of either a 1 Tonne( 2200 Ltr), 1750Kg (3800 Ltr) or 2 Tonne (4400 Ltr) tank mounted on a steel frame, with a 1ph pump & motor set with external inlet filter. A Denver LPG dispenser with 3.5m hose and fill nozzle assy with safety breakaway coupling. The skid unit is also built with integral safety barriers. Other safety features such as isolation valves and shear valves are fitted to the unit.
